Blowing Up Your Life and the Art of Creative Destruction

Blowing Up My Life, One Podcast at a Time

Hey everybody,

I'm thrilled to announce that the first episode of "How to Blow Up Your Life" podcast is officially live! For those of you who've been with me since the Unchained blog days or have been following my Substack, this has been a long time coming.

So what's this podcast all about? Well, if you're wondering what it means to "blow up your life," I promise it's not as destructive as it sounds. It's about the art of creative destruction – tearing down the ideas, beliefs, and perspectives that aren't serving you to clear the way for the ones that will.

In this first episode, I'm getting real about my own journey. I share my embarrassing "garage door moment" when I had a full-on adult temper tantrum in my driveway that scared both my kids and myself. That moment when I realized the perfect suburban life I'd created was suffocating me from the inside out.

I talk about my raging codependency, my "kitchen cabinet method" of communication (spoiler alert: slamming cabinets doesn't actually solve problems), and how I learned that you just need one person who's done it to show you the way.

I want to be that one person for you, the same way someone was for me all those years ago. Because maybe if I can be that person for you, and you can be that person for someone else, we might change the world together, one heart-based conversation at a time.

So…

If you feel stuck in a life that looks perfect on paper but empty inside,
